Hyderabad Golf Association

The Hyderabad Golf Association (HGA), a premier golf club situated along the outer wall of the historic Golconda Fort, sought the design of a new Members' Deck, Lounge Bar, and Fine Dining Restaurant.

Given the club's close proximity to the fort, the design needed to ensure that the visual elements and facades complemented the architecture of this protected monument, creating a harmonious ambiance.

Studio One was subsequently commissioned to complete the clubhouse with the addition of an Entrance Plaza & Portico, an Indoor Swimming Pool, a Spa, Starter Hut facilities, and a Driving Range.

The design of these new structures was inspired by contemporary straight rooflines and a modern aesthetic, utilizing a combination of steel, brass, cast iron, stone and timber to complement the enduring legacy and timeless presence of the fort.
